Multiple Public NDA Violations

Now that Kayla Laughs Out Loud has been outed, more people are moving and to fill the void. A new Creator is telling people how to sign up for companies and what is expected. However, in comments I have seen specific shops listed with the company to sign up for. Just a heads up, be prepared for more and more violations of NDAs. I really hate to see the integrity of the business suffer.

There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.

Im glad that you brought this up. This popped up on my "for you" page and I noticed this. This lady was 100% accurate with the company and client! I was shocked! I think she is in my area too. (I guess more shops for me when she is no longer a shopper!)

Seems like the MSPs would need to shut them down for contract violations.
If you read your contract some companies have financial and criminal penalties for this. "individual will be held criminally or civilly liable under federal or state trade-secret law for the disclosure of a trade secret" This is in the contract from one of the major companies I use that were in her video's. All I can say is Good Luck buttercup you may have a lawsuit coming your way.
I commented on a few of those, I get they want to help but they are going to get themselves in trouble as well.
CX required me to agree to their NDA terms again before I could complete a scheduled shop. I'm guessing a lot of them will be reminding shoppers about their expectations...
The things I miss by not having Tik Tok
My fear is there is going to be a huge increase of people signing up and taking jobs for a couple of months and taking away from those of us that have been doing it for years the right way. Then when they bomb the shop we will get more rules and paperwork.
When the F up the jobs you can try to get more money. I have not applied for a job in years without saying "I'll be happy to do it for $this" in the comments.
