I think some of the companies think we are all either fools, desperate for cash or plain out world class idiots. Such a low shop fee is INSULTING and totally out of order. I personally hope no one accepts such a ridiculous shop!

No. I don't do recording for $5. I will take a shop at a location I know is closed for $3. $3 to tell a company a location is closed in 2 or 3 questions, easy.
I hate making calls so doubly NO. As for the closed location -- only if I was already there.

Nope. It could be that they are counting on the desperate, the newbies, and the flat out idiots. I ended up with a few like that after a hiatus from shopping. Did I ever learn my lesson? Some of these shops really are a live and learn the ropes thing. They tell you it is fast, easy, and fun, and you believe them! Until you don't.
