Denied Shop

Hey All - i just completed a dinner shop that i had to travel an hour and a half to do, to wake up to a denial message this morning. The reasoning is “Missing photos of beverages/food”. I have not Had a shop denied right out of the gate like that. Editors usually reach out and ask for resubmission?! I responded saying i have more photos if needed, but i really think they are dead set on denying this. The job is already posted again!!!! Has this happened to you, and did you fight it? This one Is really bumming me out and any words of wisdom would really help. Thank you.

I've had something similar with a burger shop I recently finished. I did 2 burger shops on the same day and accidentally submitted the same burger photo for both shops. They denied it at first until I message them the photos and told them I just submitted the same photo but do have both photos as well as the sides. They reversed the decision and approved both shops and just told me to make sure I send in the correct photo in the future.
Hopefully, there is a direct person you can contact, such as the scheduler, project manager, etc.

Depending on the MSC, some may be able to assist you further. Good luck!

Please don't feed the MSF trolls!

Feeding the MSF trolls bread or other human food is detrimental to their health and the environment. It can lead to malnutrition, disease, and behavioral problems in trolls, as well as water pollution and the spread of pests. Trolls are capable of finding their own food sources and don't require human assistance.
You mentioned neither the client or the MSC. If we know the MSC, maybe we can give you a contact. NO guarantees, but certainly if you name the MSC, we have a better chance at helping.

So you are claiming you uploaded photos on the original submission?

Could be AI doing a scan of the submission and rejecting it. I did a shop the other day and it was edited/approved within 30 minutes. This was not a rush shop or behind scheduler. I think the shop is basic and AI could probably make sure the timings did not conflict, the receipt is there (with correct location), and the spelling/sentence structure made sense.
Try going to Trip Advisor to see if anyone posted a pic of the entree you had. If it’s the fruit/bug restaurant there’s a good likelihood. Then tell them the transmission must have failed and you want to send it to them directly. Others can help if you need a time stamp. There’s a hack for that on here somewhere. G/L!
Wow! Please tell me this is a joke too…..

Or not. That could get you banned.

Gasp! Blind loyalty to a company who gives ICs the shaft is not my bag, so not a big, big loss. Not that desperate for cash. I suspect half of you appreciated the tip though. LMAO.
Anyone dumb enough to follow this advice deserves their fate.

Gigi: Not only that, I eat the first serving of wings without taking a picture first. It’s not until the second helping that I even bother. And that’s on a good day. That’s our little secret though. Keep it to yourself…
You should sell these tricks of the trade for $97/month. You could become tic tac famous!

Yeah but that’s too easy. I prefer the challenge of corrupting you do-right fraus and brahs on the board. It’s not about the money.
I didn’t know if I could post the MSC or client….this was my first 360 assignment and I did upload the food, beverage, and receipt photos required. I messaged them early this morning but still have not received a message back. I have 3 shops this week for them and I’m worried about them being accepted now. Is the only way to “state your case/argue” their decision through email? I’ve seen a lot of positive shopper comments for this MSC so I’m confused to their denial and vague reasoning for it.
I wish this was the case!!! I had to pay $85 for a dinner that I thought was being covered by them. I am going to take your advice and just send the photos I have to them and hope for the best. Thank you lots for your advice!!!
*eta* oops. This was posted too late.*

Perhaps some glitchy thing happened at their end. ? I have only good experiences with this company and encourage you to pursue additional information and assistance-- and try to be patient while you are attempting to work with them. Hope it works out well!

Thanks shop et Al. See, I keep hearing good things about them so I am going to hope that they will hear my plea and reverse the decision. I’m going to email ALL of the photos I took and hope for the best. Thank you for your encouragement!
360 Relay or Alta360?

If 360 Relay, I think you can reply back to the notification in iSecretShop platform. Or can try emailing ShopperHelpDesk@360-Relay.com or call 1-888-726-1360

I've never done a shop with Alta360 smiling smiley

Yes, it is 360 relay through ISS platform.thanks for the email and number!! You rock! I’ll just send in every photo I have.
Thank you to everyone that replied and encouraged me to speak with the MSC. I got a good finger wagging, but said this would be my one and only exception. The shop was approved. Whew. I’m so glad there is a forum to have discussions with peeps who know what you’re going through. Sending you all a hug!

So sorry that happened.Unfortunately you’re not the first to post about this. I had this happen as well a few months back. It was unwarranted.

I’m hoping your schedulers name doesn’t begin with “A.” If so, call to find out who the project manager is and ask for help.

I won’t deal with “A,” moved on to better things and haven’t looked back.
