Any lawyer would first ask - who is being harmed by her actions?
She only has a contract (apparently) with those who buy her product, so her customers would seemingly be most harmed by any false information.
Is anyone here harmed by her actions?

Never heard of her. I'm guessing she's why some of the MSCs, like CI, has been putting disclaimers and reminders in their emails that we are not to post what we're doing on social media.

(And... the "other" point of view. I have applied for a gig involving my testing a product and posting "honest review" on social media. Mind you, if chosen, I would create a social media account somewhere in order to fulfill this aspect of the assignment.)

Fyi the folks incharge of the TY stuff have told me they will be taking some action to keep her name away from that part at least.

It doesn't appear they have taken any action with her. Just yesterday she posted a video of an age compliance shop at 7-11 (which she names, also btw she is too old for these shops) and during the shop she is discussing the employee how she also merchandises their Ty display. She includes video of the display.

I was not aware that I needed to post an introductory post. I am an experienced shopper. Yes, I am proficient in narratives. I get straight to the point. Your welcome does not seem genuine.
My experience is reading this post and email. I have zero interest. My only concern is the perception of mystery shopping. I am here for business.
Since you mentioned narrative and stated that I sound like a bot. In my opinion, you may find an introductory English course beneficial. I wrote in shorthand because this subject lacks depth and does not require much further commentary. Much like your updates in this post.
