Okay who all has shopped the wrong location?

a convenience store that is no longer shopped had several locations all owned by the same franchisee. Apparently, they had shared a register with another store or just entered the wrong address of another location (quite a few miles away on another rural road) so the receipt showed a wrong address. I shared my google location data and all the site photos but they would not believe that it was the business at fault and refused to pay me.

If I had pictures showing the address listed on the shop I would have been pissed.
Oh I was -- they said I didn't make the required purchase and the gas pump was "see cashier inside for receipt" I will say that the scheduler really tried to help me but ultimately we lost.

Just so I understand. You went in, got the receipt but the address on the receipt did not match the address in your pictures?
yes, it was several miles away at a different location of the store. One I did not visit that day and could prove with my google data.

Wow, I would be done with that company.

How about when the MSC thinks you are at the wrong location, but you are correct?

I had that happen for a shop at a crossroad. The address on the receipt showed one address street, while the MSC had the address being on the intersecting street.

And it's the only one of those places in the whole town. And if you Google both addresses, it puts you in exactly the same place. Yep. I'm thinking of one MSC in particular.

You would think that the store and the MSC would use the same USPS address. I know, I know, stop looking for the logic Maverick, because there is none.
I did the wrong location today at the airport. I was supposed to do the location on Concourse an and I misread and I did the location on Concourse B!

My issue in taking airport shops is that I cannot find the time to complete the report since I am usually stuck with no or unreliable web access when traveling. I'd consider it too risky in meeting the deadline.

How do you handle it?
Our town has four locations of a fast food drive-in chain. I ordered my combo meal complete with tater tots and I was at the wrong one. Of course, I never tealized it until the completed shop was denied.
