I've done 2.
First was a nightmare. Over 200 photos and so many headaches including no wifi or reception at the site.
Reached out to "support" several times. No reply after 10 days, so repeated forwarding the previous attempts . Support finally referred me to a project manager 4 days after that...who took 3 more days to reply and just repeated what wasn't working, which didn't help.
The second one had over 200 photos, but at least they'd updated the instructions, addressing 2 of my previous questions...which they never replied to directly (facepalm).
Had reception in the building at the second location (but no wifi), and... Otter app was not working again. Dreaded blank blue screen. Other times it's just a blank white screen (No tech support, I can't log out and log back in from a blank screen).
Reached out about the app right away in the second store. Received a reply 3 days later, after the assignment was due, so had to do all manual uploads at home on my laptop...again. Four hours total in addition to travel. Reply: a new app release is planned, but they had no ETA. Not even being Beta tested yet.
I sometimes can get it to work if I uninstall and reinstall, but you lose any previous input. Might was well just plan to shoot manually and get back home to get it done.
I've had no issues with the personnel at Home Despot. I just offer a plausible scenario, chit chat for a couple of minutes, and they go about helping others and let me get on with things.
This assignment should work without any issues, 2 hours max. Look forward to that.
Tech is moving so quickly, the holdout companies using outdated glitchy software are going to get buried as those with better tech entice away their clients and write the epitaphs on their headstones...
