Market Force payments

I did 2 shops last month for MF
Both were approved as soon as I hit submit.
I now looked on my home page and they are missing from the completed assignment list and also not paid.
Has this happened to anyone? I know they pay by the 20th but seems strange that they are no longer on the list of completed shops.

As they start to process pay for the prior month, the approved shops will disappear from the completed assignments list. I guess its how their payroll system works. They usuallly pay around the 20th.

It’s definitely normal. They have never not paid me if the shop was approved and I’ve been doing shops for them for 9 years. Like gigishopper said once it is approved and processed it is removed from that page. It’s frustrating if you forget to add the totals for your shops because if you don’t and you forget how much the shop paid or how much you spent to get reimbursed you have to wait until it moves to the payment totals page.

You'll be able to see more details about these shops once the payment has been made. It'll show up under your account under Payment Details --> Payment History. Click on the row to get more info about a particular payment.
