Wahoos

What are the required pictures? I asked because you can't see the guidelines before accepting and sometimes they want you to take pictures of the menu board and other things which the staff would likely notice.

I don't know what a Wahoos is.. but I'll bet money that a list of all the required pictures are in the shop guidelines.
Pictures of the food you ordered. What do you think it would be pictures of? Most food places want picture of receipt and if they ask for more than that, it's usually the food. Not hard to figure out.

Wahoo's is so good. Too bad they haven't expanded. I know there is one in Vegas next to the Palms Hotel and Casino...but basically limited to CA with a few locations elsewhere.

It's a picture of all of the things you ordered. I wait until all of the things have arrived and put them all together into one picture, from the top facing down.

Really? My sister and I jokingly call this place "Blahoo's" and their burritos, "boritos".
These restaurants are always empty. I've noticed the bar has some people sometimes.
They only require photos of food items. There are no photos of the menu board. But they do require photos of deficiencies such as issues with cleanliness.

Some want pictures of menu board, restroom and even the dining room.

You don't have to like it. It's not Mexican food if that is what you were expecting. Owner is a Chinese guy born in Brazil and a big surfing fan. So even though they serve rice and beans and tacos, it's not traditional Mexican style. They have both spicy white beans and black beans. They don't do refried beans (unless they added that recently).

As far as places being empty, I cannot speak for all locations. The ones in Costa Mesa, CA and most of the Orange County locations are quite popular places.
I enjoy the food very much. It's an easy shop and the reimbursement is decent. Usually, they cover the entree, appetizer and drink.

I did not say I didn't like it. I am well aware that it's not Mexican, the history of the founders of the company, the first location being Costa Mesa, etc. I grew up in Tustin, where there's been a location since the early nineties. It used to be crazy busy for decades until Chipotle rolled into town, that has way tastier burritos that are also not technically Mexican. Wahoo's is "good", but heavily relies on the salsas for whatever you're eating to have any discernable flavor.

I cannot speak for Tustin. The fashion island location was busy enough, they moved it down to center food court and expanded it to have a full bar as well. The HB and Costa mesa locaitons are busy. There is now one somewhat close to the Long Beach airport. Wahoos has much more variety to offer than Chipotle does.

I will always be partial to Chipotle as I have a significant amount invested in CMG and seen it do very well. Chipotle tries to be the burrito version of In N Out. Limited menu, quicker service and reasonable prices. It's too bad they have had some of the issues over the years plus losing their CEO last month to Starbucks might not help either.
