I always thought of a milkshake as a dessert. Depending on how it was prepared, you may need a spoon, as well.@sestrahelena wrote:
The LTO allows only the special item and a drink (if you want). No side. There is no list of acceptable drinks, nor does it prohibit the ones that have traditionally been excluded on regular shops. So, back to the old debate of whether a shake is a drink! It comes with a straw, so I say yes. I might have to fight about it. If the instructions were clear there would be no debate. Just trying to make the most of the reimbursement, depending on the price of the special item.
It's been a while since I've read the Sonic guidelines, but I used to get a cold brew. Not sure if that qualifies. However, I did get burned recently on the shop where you had to order two combos at a time. I wasn't sure if could order two of the same combo, so I ordered a coney. When I got home, I had a bad feeling and pulled up the guidelines. It looked like you couldn't order a non-burger. Instead of submitting the shop and getting a "1", I just ate that one and let the shop fall off.
