TXRH

One time we went and they staff lined danced to "Footloose." It seemed like an odd song for a line dance. None of them were into it at all. They didnt even seem to know the song. I wish I had been shopping that visit.

I think they changed duration again. This new round says minimum stay 45 minutes in the shop description though the guidelines still state 60 minutes, so I'm not exactly sure which to follow.

I went looking for restaurant shops this evening. The only ones that are still on the boards are TXRH, the description says duration is minimum 40 minutes. But as long as Elise is the scheduler I won't do a shop, so I can't see the guidelines. But I still may go for my birthday next week, just because I'm craving a really good steak, and my birthday is a good excuse.
If you are registered for their rewards program, or whatever it's called, you'll get an e-mail for a free appetizer for your birthday. You'll get and another for the sign up. But you can only use one per visit.

Yes they have good food and their rolls are good
Coupons can't be used for the shops, though.

Morledzep said he was going on his own dime for his birthday.
yep, the fat old woman might go to TXRH for HIS birthday..
Sorry but your user name isn't gender specific.

Nor is mine. Even though I've been called her/she etc. incorrectly on this board, I never got uptight about it.

not uptight rosie, just joking.. I get a kick out of it most times. It seems most women don't like hard rock so they don't use rock n roll based screen names. It's just another argument for gender neutral wording. I can just as easily be a they or even just Morle..

Let me ask? Did ya'll have a t-top Trans Am with a bird on the hood? Preferably black or gold?

Sorry I'm stereotyping.

Another non gender specific poster and I am asking both of y'all!

lol Rosie,

I was raised by Ford people.. We have Fords, or Mopar. Chevrolet and GM are dirty words in my family. I like them because they were good money as a mechanic. I made a LOT of money working on GM products way back when. For years after I retired I would get behind a GM product with a misfire and smell the bad exhaust fumes and say, "mmm, money!"

Loved me some smokey and the bandit especially that Sally Fields!
The guidelines now list 40 minutes twice.
I have a '78 Black Trans Am with the gold eagle parked next to our '72 Plum Crazy Purple Roadrunner. I like Chevy, husband is all for Mopar.

We are going to TXRH soon and I hope it's not 60 minutes. smiling smiley
The guidelines do now say 40 minutes twice, but the scheduler's email still says 60. I will go by the official guidelines.

Alright, who wants to volunteer to email "The Nikster" and ask for clarification?

she'll say to learn reading comprehension and read the guidelines.
The other scheduler says that it is now 40. It was her email that still listed 60.
