How far would you drive for a fast food shop?

I would drive a few thousand miles for such a shop if the fee justified it. The same as any other shop.
IMO, this is the best answer. I shop for money. Most of the fast food shops serve stuff I would never eat, place strict requirements on what I can order, and pay peanuts for time spent.

While I was sitting in my Prius with the engine disengaged for more than 10 minutes while waiting in a Sonic drive/thru line about a week ago, I thought, "I wonder if shoppers who drive a gasoline powered cars lose money doing these shops?"

Lol, no. I don't leave my engine runn8ng at the drive-through. And I usually choose not to use the drive-through at Sonic. I pull in to the stall and park the car. Idling more than 38 seconds wastes gasoline and can cause engine damage.
