Panda Express Beyond Orange Chicken

The only TRH shops that I have done which required photos were indeed the carry-out shops. No photos were required for the dine-in or bar shops that I have done.

I've done a few TXRH C/O shops. All required numerous photos.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008

I tried to order on the app. It froze twice so I gave up. I have had problems with the Panda App on shops as well.

The worse, though, was a JITB shop in which pieces of cooked rice were inside the wrapper of my burger -- at a restaurant that does not serve rice. I'm pretty sure I got stray bits of an employee's brought-from-home lunch that day. I definitely submit photos of stuff like that with my reports (except for Texas Roadhouse, since it's a non-photo shop).

JITB serves a teriyaki bowl that has white rice.

Sorry, but my first thought was that dead maggots resemble cooked rice. It could happen.
Well, you said it and now I am disgusted with a visual...
Has anyone had the issue of two different pickup times being quoted on the online shop? Like, the app gives you one time and the confirmation email/text gives you another? What is a shopper to do in that case?

That happened to me. I didn't look at the email and went in at the time given on the app. I later noticed the time on the email was a couple minutes earlier. I ended up adjusting my times to the email times just to avoid any issues. In my case it would not have made any difference in the scoring. If it had, I would have just explained it in the comments. In the future, I would use the email time.
Beyond Chicken is social programming to get ESG scores for companies. We are being conditioned to want the thing nobody needed. Lots of chemicals in regular orange chicken anyway, but I doubt it is better for humans or the environment to eat beyond orange chicken. I certainly wouldn’t pay extra for it. Do you think they keep the beyond orange chicken and ditch the regular orange chicken? Can’t have both forever? Too many slots. I miss their Thai chicken from years ago -very light and flavorful.
Has anyone ever ordered double of one entree when they get a 2 entree plate on a shop? Any blow back from the MSC?

Original Orange Chicken and Sweetfire Chicken breast are my go to. If they eliminate the original, I am not going to get the fake over processed substitute.
The quoted time is usually 6-7 minutes. If you are TRULY worried, then order for a specific time. I think they work on 15 minute increments like 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45 and so on.

EAT THE BUGS

No. Just no.

This week Beyond Meat announced cutting their workforce by 19% because trying to push non meat isn't working.

It happened to me this week. I had not received less than a 10 in some time and score was lowered to 8 for the time difference. I explained in the narrative and kept a screen shot of the pick up time displayed in the app after ordering.
That is an option also. You keep a screen shot of the app time and then you have the email confirmation as well. You can indicate in your report they are different so which one are you supposed to follow. They cannot fault you for having contradictory info between their email confirmation and the app. But I would go with the email confirmation time if I had to pick one.
Did they serve me Beyond Orange Chicken? Tasted way different than their normal Orange Chicken. Didn’t make note in report. What if I’m wrong? It was not as crispy, for sure. If I’m an employee and I’ve got extra Beyond, might I slip it into an online order? Anyways I’ve got this weird urge to eat bugs, and give all my money to windmill power startups.
