Unrealistic Scenarios

I actually had to obtain gas receipts at the counter for gas purchases that were under $0.20. It was in the client guidelines, which I thought was absurd. The looks I received from those employees. Wow.

From this forum, I learned to say I need this 'cuz of Dave Ramsey, my tax guy who wants me to do better, etc. I have learned to use the puppy dog eyes, if needed, to punctuate my little tales of nonsense.

Yeah, same. Those shops are the worst. I hate even being a customer of that bank because THEY KNOW.

ha. ha.

I got a receipt mailed to me for a purchase under $1.

The MS scheduler was willing to wait. She asked if the store had questioned my request. They had not. They passed so who cares at that point?

I mystery shop at a farm supply store. I just can't do some of the scenarios. Supplements for my calves, etc. No way can I sound like I know anything about that. lol

I've seen a couple where they want you to ask "Does the company sell my information?" or "What do you do to make sure my information is safe?" There have been some restaurant ones that felt embarrassing to ask but now I can't remember what they were. I know I've had to do ones that require me to ask what sides come with something, even though it is written on the menu.

Hotel shops that make you call the desk a million times to ask stupid questions to gauge their response. It's also bad when you have to do interactions with the front desk staff with questions, then when you go to make the phone calls it's the same person answering the phone that you've already spoken to. A couple of times I had to make a phone call from offsite to the front desk, asking to be connected to "my sister's room" (name but no room number) and if they didn't do it, ask them to deliver a message. This was 2019! No one does that! I understand why they want/need to test these things but they should be a dead giveaway to the employees.

That particular shop is is nit both at the same time. It is either the sub order OR the meat slicing. I have been able to get one of these done in 20 minutes but most of the time just trying to make the department questions flow in normal conversation takes more time. I only take these when they have a GOOD bonus. Otherwise they are too time consuming.
