Jpg to pdf, out of town

Attaching a jpg is easy enough without a scanner. How do you capture a document as a jpg, convert it to a pdf for upload to the shop form. I tried using smallpdf (a free website that converts) but the sassie shop only gives a few places to browse to upload the pdf. Photos and camra roll won't do it.i tried saving to BOX, but it only worked half the time. At home I have a scanner that will produce pdf. What does everyone else do?

I attach JPG whenever it is allowed. There are many free ways to convert JPG to PDF. This site converts among hundreds of different formats for free, including JPG to PDF: [www.online-convert.com]

Copy and past the .JPG into a Word document. then, save the word document as a .PDF.

I use the genius scan app , free version to take photos in pdf format.
I use DocScanner on my iPad to take pictures of receipts, forms etc. Then I can email myself the scanned (pdf) doc, save it, then shoot it to wherever.
On an iPhone if you hit share, then print and it shows an image of the pages. Press and hold on the page (force press (?)), and it will open the image as a pdf. You can now hit the share button to email, save, etc. I usually upload to google drive and then load the image from there.

If you have one of the recent versions of Windows (certainly Windows 10), you can print directly to PDF by selecting the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer from the the print menu. I used to use Cutepdf until Windows built the function in. In fact, my recollection is that Cutepdf stopped orking when Windows added the functionality, but I haven't had a need to check for years.

I use the free version of the CamScanner App on my Android Phone. I then upload to Google Drive and it is now available to upload when I am working on the report.
