Powered by Prophet Login problems

Is anyone else having trouble logging into any company that uses Prophet? I have about 10 MSC's that use "powered by Prophet" and on all of them, I get "Unable to contact the server. Please check your internet connection and try again.".

This seems to have started 2-3 days ago. And I know I am using the right PW, I also tried 3 different browsers.
Any thoughts, or who I should contact?

Ahh, nevermind. It was BitDeffender blocking access because the password on Prophet run sites are sent un-encrypted.

I dislike Prophet simply for that reason- they send data unencrypted.

Coppo- I'm tech challenged, so dumb it down for me. I use Norton. I get the following message from all Prophet MSCs, not just Informa. Help, please. Thanks

Update: confirmed by reputable scheduler. Prophet down. They are working on fixing the lines. Something to do with the hurricane.

They are based in Tallahassee and are currently down

There are reasons that a body stays in motion
At the moment only demons come to mind

I was assigned a shop on Tuesday to be completed on Wedensday. I was able to log in Tue afternoon to view the guidelines. When I tried to log in Wednesday Night to report the shop it said it took long to respond. Before I came here, I send the scheduler a e-mail asking about it.

I have all the require information that I need. That make sense about the hurricane. Hope everyone is OK.

Does Jancyn use Prophet? I have not been able to logon to their reporting portal, although the corporate site is functioning.

Prophet is down, as it's main server was hit by Hurricane Michael (they are based in north Florida). We do not yet have a timeline on when it will be up. On behalf of Jancyn and other mystery shopping companies that use Prophet, my apologies.

Sue- Thanks for letting us know I received a e-mail from another sheduler that works for Jancyn and she told me the same thing. Praying everyone is safe down there.

I will keep checking the web site but if can you keep updated.

I will reply here when we are up & running again (we have been told it will be this afternoon). We are also posting status updates to Twitter and Facebook, so you can check that.

Glad to hear that it is just not me. I completed an auto shop and have been trying since yesterday to complete the report. I emailed my scheduler, but she has not responded. She has probably been bombarded with emails.
