Employee descriptions

I once described a Subway worker as "androgynous human". I couldn't tell. Shop was accepted.

I did a first-time shop yesterday and was so nervous about it that I ended up so focused on the guy's name tag so I wouldn't forget his name that I didn't remember whether he had glasses or facial hair! I remembered everything else about him, though, so hopefully it will be OK. I think he had a mustache, but I couldn't for the life of me remember. I forget about glasses often, but not something as noticeable as a mustache....

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
Even for the very detailed cash integrity shops descriptions we are not expected to do weight; associates are described by "build" or body type" which would, in both cases, be slim, medium or large. Combined with estimated height, plus other descriptors including race/ethnicity, that should pretty well nail down differences between associates even for those special clients.
