MF removed a shop right before I was submitting?!

I was just offered a shop this morning from Market Force after I submitted an offer late last night because today was the only day. I got an email this morning saying it was mine. I logged in went over all the guidelines and added it to my list of shops for today. I just got on to submit the report and it's no longer there! Is this normal? I'm sooo upset over this. This was 2 towns away and was a reveal. All I asked for was $40.

To add to that they do not answer the phone and emails are replied to 5+ hours later. So I'm guessing I won't get paid. sad smiley
Continue calling. Usually, MF will release a 'late warning' email around 4-5 AM MST the day after the shop it was supposed to be completed. If you haven't at least started the report, you run a risk that the report will automatically removed from your shop log.

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.

Did you get an email about the removal?

I didnt get any notice. I did call and left a message and sent the email right away. Awhile later it just showed back up. No warnings or emails to let me know why. It happened ALMOST 8 hours after it was assigned to me. Thanks for replying, I was a bit upset. smiling smiley
I got a job assigned at 7 AM, at least that's the time of the e-mail. I went to do the shop in a mall later that afternoon. The shop wasn't on my list of shops. It also wasn't on the list of availalble shops. I called an had no luck.

No e-mail saying the shop had been cancelled either.

Much later when I was complaining about the web site issues I was told I should have been paid for the shop if I had completed it. The was from a supervisor. But how do you get paid for a shop you completed but didn't fill out a report for?

Not sure what action you should take.

After the email you logged into the site and saw it listed in your assignments? If so that sounds just like what happened to me, but then it showed back up a bit later. I'm guessing someone read my email complaint and reassigned it to me. But that's just a guess, could have been a glitch but my other shops were still listed. I just don't know. Maybe reply to the assignment email you received (so the person receiving it can see it all) and say you did it and then you couldn't find the shop in your assignments.
Something like this just happened to me! I've had this assignment for two weeks. The date to do it was today. Did it, came back to report it. I'm more than halfway through the report, hit next and suddenly get the loading icon for 2 minutes. I hit reload and BAM "THERE IS NO SHOP TO REPORTED." WTF??? It no longer appears in my shop log, or as an incomplete shop to be finished.

I've emailed the help desk. Has anyone had this happen? What ended up happening?
