Read your instructions carefully so you know exactly what observations you will need to make. Make notes to remind you of all those observations and duck into the restroom before you go to the cashier to review your list and make sure you got everything. If you are required to get a receipt as a proof of purchase, make sure you ask for it if it is not automatically given to you. Try to relax and be 'normal'.
Hi Jazzy - It's normal to be scared on the first shop. It will get better over time as you gain experience. Everything Flash said is good advice. It might help to practice the shop at home - what you plan to do and how you plan to cover all the information you need. If the store is real close to you and you have time, why not go by a day or two ahead and do a practice shop? Or, maybe you could even do a practice shop in a different store.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
Go get em, Jazzy. Walk in like you own the place, hit your marks, and go to the car. Mentally review and note names, descriptions and who did what.

Good luck!!
Hi...just jump in, act like you belong there, know what to look for...you'll be fine.

Live consciously....
