Hi Brenda - So how's everything going over in Fort Worth? I am shopping out of Weatherford, mainly west, north, and south, but I also do some stuff on the western rim and in downtown Fort Worth. It's not considered kosher to give out job information on the forum. There is a list of companies under Mystery Shopping Companies on this forum, and you can also go the Mystery Shopping Providers Association and get their list of companies. This doesn't mean all the companies are good. You can do a search on the forums and find out which ones are not paying. You can check Jobslinger and sometimes find which companies are offering shops in your area. The shops will probably already be taken by the time you see them, but you can see who the companies are and get signed up with them. You can also look at the threads on companies to see which companies are getting the most comments. This is always a clue to the level of activity. It's hard to find out who has jobs in your area without actually signing up with the company. Signing up takes time, and usually you will discover after you sign up and get on the job board, they don't have anything in your area that shows up. It's sort of like fishing. If you don't know the streams, you just have to keep throwing in bait and hoping for a strike. Every now and then you'll catch another fish.
