I just started mystery shopping and have been lucky enough to find EPMS right off the bat. I haven't gotten paid yet, but so far it's been fun. Remember, your reports take forever to complete! You MUST like to type to do this work.
Also, the leasing agents really rush so you have to have an excellent memory because you have to remember exactly everything that was said for your reports. Seems to be ample work available. They only pay once a month though, then you notice there are NO choice sites available near the pay period. Glad I found this site to share my experiences!
