I wanted to introduce myself, as requested in my welcome email. I'm Robin and I've been mystery shopping for about fifteen years, off and on. I am one of those shoppers that finds it difficult to say 'no' when a scheduler gets a hold of me.
Recently, I started putting myself 'out there' again for more mystery shops and I was surprised to see such low pay and little availability. I discovered this forum when I was looking for a place to vent. I see lots of vents, and it was reassuring.
It costs about 60 cents a mile to operate your car. I use that figure when I decide whether a mystery shop is worth it to me.
I have read through this forum and enjoy getting some leads and some tips. Thanks everyone!
