Evaluation Forms

I seems to me that you should be able to view these forms prior to accepting the assignment. Some of these forms require too much redundant detail for the amount of money that they are paying you. I lost pay for 2 shops that way. I am new. I will be very careful from now on. I can and will accept constructive criticism, but not from unfair demanding schedulers.

Welcome to the forum! Your experience is not uncommon. We all face that with a new-to-us shop or a new-to-us company. It is why I generally will only accept one of a new-to-me shop unless I know the company well and always will accept only one for a new-to-me company until I have had a chance to check out their expectations. And there are a number of shops I will not do again and even a number of companies I won't work with because the expectations and the fee are not a match.
