Been reading & shopping for a while now, I just have not posted anything. Why are the shop fees so small? I'm just not motivated to leave my house for less than $10.

Shop fees tend to be what people are willing to do the work for. The more shoppers there are in the area, the different the breakpoint where they will take a shop. The worse the economic conditions, the more desperation there is to be earning SOMETHING. I do think that with gas prices where they have gotten we will see perhaps more discrimination about what shops folks are willing to take, but I don't know.

Remember for the most part, your in and out of these low fee shops in under 20 minutes, so, they base pay on time. For the most part it is not a money making field, but allows you to work from home and do your own scheduling and thst is the payoff for most of us. This adds a little to our income, if you need real $$, you'll have to get a real job. I try and take the jobs that pay $15.00 and up, unless it is in my town, then I'll do it for 10.00, no less.
