The stuff you see here is valuable to your business. The Mystery shop companies read this too so do not use your real name, Do not refer to companies and their clients by their real names, just hint. For example;
Watch out for the furniture company that offers you $70 to tour the store and answer 300 questions. Not too many people actually get paid. IF the company finds fault with just one ambiguous question you lose your time and investment of out of the pocket expenses. I do not know why the Mystery shop company and furniture company continue to offer this shop without giving the shopper a fair chance to complete it. It does nothing for their image or reputation. I for one, tell people not to shop there because they are scam artists. The Furniture they sell is about the same quality as the shopping experience.
