Glad to find this forum

Hi everyone I am brand new here and am happy to find a place to chat with others about "shopping".
I starting doing shops 11 years ago and then stopped and here I am again smiling smiley

I have 8 jobs lined up to complete by the end of next week, in addition to my full time job, 2 kids, 1 dog, 4 cats and a husband. Crazy? Maybe smiling smiley

Hope to get to know all of you soon.

ohhhh ..... PS - I had a movie shop lined up and was SO SO SO excited about doing it. I just got an email saying it was canceled. Does this happen often?

I have had few shops cancelled. More often a shop gets postponed because they need to make changes, the client wants a delay or occasionally the company won't do more shops until the client pays up on previous work.

Movie shops are NOTORIOUS for being canceled last minute....

Hi I've been a mystery shopper for almost a year. I find that shops are very different from one provider to another. I learn something new every day. I started doing this to have something to do a couple of days a week. I became addicted and now I can't do enough shops. yes, the pay is not good, but it can be a whole lot of fun.

I am excited to see questions and answers here. Maybe I can answer some questions and ask some also.

Welcome to the forum! After a while you will find that there are similarities across all shops, almost plagiarism between certain kinds of shops between providers and some providers who seem to plagiarize their own shops regardless of client. It is fascinating.
