People talk about you! They call it "Word of Mouth" Sometimes it is a curse. People still e-mail me to fix their issues even though I am retired for five years and I want to walk on the beach (which I do often, every chance I get.
Former clients would not be e-mailing asking for help if I set them on the wrong track. I enjoy helping people. That is what Mystery shopping is. Only if the client uses the information you provide does the public benifit. If the clients put their head in the sand and hope the problem will go away, it will not unless the client acts on the issues in a positive manner.
You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.
