Hello everyone, I'm new to Mystery shopping! I have done about 6 so far and I love it!! Any tips from experienced shoppers would be very much appreciated. I'm wondering if you have any good advice on phone apps or equipment that may help me to improve my shops/reports ???

Welcome! The best advice for beginners is to head on over to the New Mystery Shoppers area of the forum and read, read, read the first 12 or so topics there.
