Some awesome forum members have created help for new shoppers with spreadsheet information and more. But, there is no way to tell you which companies are best for you. Sign up with as many companies as you can. Different companies have different opportunities in different states and a company that may be great where I live might have nothing in your area.

Cool. I wouldn't have any clue who does what in your area. Click on the two links I included in my post above to find out more info.
Another good list is under MSC payment dates. I found most of those to be current. Also, you can scan the forum and pick up a few dozen just from the titles of the posts. I have like 30 pages of lists from various sources. There are 100's of MSC's..

But just as a point of reference for you, people do not like to share their MSC's. They are more of the school that you must do your own legwork to find them. Now I did and still do, daily, my own legwork and still got accused of wrong doing because I asked for some specific MSC's information. I don't want to see anyone hurt your feelings, or stalk you, so I am warning you ahead of time. LOL

If after you get thru JASFLAMT's referrals you still are hungry for more PM me and I will take a pic of a few pages of my lists and email or text them to you.
Thanks for posting those links, JASFLAMT! One of those I had never seen before. But in my haste I have run out of ink...argh...winking smiley
No need to print them out LK, just bookmark the links on your puter. Both links are at the bottom of this page, as well.
Hi Intrigued and welcome. Here's an article in the Mystery Shoppers Magazine that I suggest.

Hi and welcome newbie. Also, don't pay to join any mystery shopping companies or for any mystery shop training. To join any legit MSC, it is free. Don't fall for that scam where they send you a check to cash and use a portion of it to do some mystery shopping. You can gain experience as you perform more shops but go slowly. When you accept the assignments, thoroughly read over the guidelines for your instructions to make sure you understand what is expected of you. If you don't understand the guidelines or have questions, contact the scheduler that assigned you the shop. Don't want to see you post and complain about some MSC that you believe have done you wrong since they rejected your report because you did not do perform all of the requirements of your shop like some of the newbies. One organizing system may not work for another. I do the old school way with a pen, paper and a large monthly calendar. I keep a list of the MSC/shops and dates I applied for on one sheet of paper. The shops that are self-assigned I placed on my monthly organizer. You will eventually learn to do shops that are near one another and build a route. A route is when you combine several shops together to do in a day. There's also the fee to factor in. For example, if the shopper's fee was $10 for a drug store but it is located 40 miles away. Would it be worth your time to do the shop to drive that distance, is it something you don't mind doing, if you have personal errands to do nearby at that location or to pick up another shop that was near that drug store?
