I won't work for any firm that lowers itself to chewing people out. If a person has made a mistake then the mistake ought be professionally and maturely pointed out with additional training offered.
To belittle a person is simply wrong. Hopefully management at the MSC/scheduling firm will find out about this scheduler's unprofessional behavior and put an end to it - or to the scheduler's employment.
