Hello from 60 milesS of Seattle

Hello. We are a married couple hoping to mystery shop together full time. My husband's background was in field service with a large fast food chain. I had over 15 years in retail and have been mystery shopped a few times and been a mystery shopper(2 shops)LOL.
Looking forward to learning and sharing.

Welcome. Many shop assignments specify that the shopper must be alone. The opposite is often the case for fine dining shops and hotel shops. However, you will almost certainly each have to do many solo shops to work your way up to those.

BUT, there is nothing that says your partner cannot "ride shotgun" as you go to a shop, and visa versa. Twenty solo shops at a mall? Think getting assigned 10 each; just remember that you cannot take all 20 yourself and then let your partner do 10 of them, lol! Or, each sign up for a bank shop on the same day (or 5 each!). Trade off driving duties and while wsaiting in the car for your partner to do his shop, you could be entering a shop report on a tablet with Internet connections, or visa versa.

All it takes is a little planning, understanding the rules, and teamwork. So enjoy!

Hi: You are 30 miles south of me. I'm guessing Centralia? I've made MS friends all over the state and since we don't compete, we alert each other to shops, and share our experience and recommendations. Send me a personal note if you wish. There are lots of shops in your area plus Olympia and especially Vancouver.
