Background:
We are executing a series of shopping at designated high end retail outlets (covering e.g. fashion wear, leather goods, shoes, watches, etc.) to evaluate the service of our clients’ front line staff.
Your Role:
You will pose as a genuine customer to visit the designated outlets, and carry out the visits in a pre-assigned scenario (e.g. a product enquiry). Each visit usually averages 30 minutes, observing areas such as: (i) outlet facility, (ii) product knowledge, etc.
You will receive training manual, phone briefing & questionnaire from us before your visit.
Locations:
Retail outlets within shopping districts in Asia (Hong Kong and Macau, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam) and Middle East:
Profile:
One who enjoys luxury brand shopping, is conversant in native language & can write in English (preferred)
Shopping Period:
Ongoing (actual date can be discussed after confirming your available dates)
Shop Fee & Payment:
Shop fees varies based on complexity of shopping. Payment via paypal or bank transfer.
