Hello, Velvett. I responded to the other thread you started about Service Performance Group. It's clear you had a problem with them but posting in two threads warning people to stay away sounds extreme since you don't even shop for them. Am I understanding this correctly? You are criticising the company and warning us against them but you don't work for them and have never worked for them?
Your experience with this company, according to you, is an exchange of emails regarding a fine dining shop for which no fee was being offered. This is very common and I don't understand why you would question it in the first place, much less send a critical email or slam the company over an email exchange.
I don't work for Service Performance Group but I do have a dog in this fight. I find it ridiculous for a person to come on this forum for the sole purpose of running someone down and creating problems for the company. You need to handle your own issues privately and not use a public forum to attack this company. If you want to report Melissa to the company, that will be another sterling waste of your time.
