I am a competent, self-motivated individual who started her own home-based business nearly 7 years ago. "__private___" does a variety of different services from dog training to online customer service calls to mystery shopping to merchandising to auditing. I am formally educated with a Master's Degree. I have over 18 years customer service experience and I have 7 years experience with customer care online. I have 7 years of experience with mystery shopping and auditing and 5 years experience with merchandising and demonstrating. I have over 16 years experience with personal computers and the internet. I have a multitude of resources and I take my work very seriously. I am proud to own and operate a successful home-based business.
I had not had too many bad experiences over the years, so I did not see it necessary to post my opinions and attest to my experiences. In the last few years, I have had some atrocious experiences with a few companies for which I had only done a handful of assignments. Now, I think that it is very important that I tell these stories. In addition, I want to backup dependable companies for which I have a lot of good experience. These stories will be like 'mystery shopping' / 'auditing' for me, as these companies should be held accountable for their actions; good or bad.
