I look at the people I service as clients who deserve the best I can offer. The relationship grows if those clients recognize the relationship we have. If a misunderstanding occurs they talk to me to maintain a mutual relationship where the exchange of value is equal without taking advantage of the other.
I found a long time ago that I can have everything in life I want if I just help enough other people get what they want. I found I did not have to find new customers if I helped people cheerfully and with integrity.
Most people are on guard and expect to be cheated and abused. That is what 90% of companies offer. Owners do not set an example for their employees, or if they are self employed and the only person in their business, they do not practice common sense. They want to be treated respectfully but do not "do unto others".
People who are happy and take pride in helping people deserve the positive "word of mouth" following that they get. That attitude just amazes the people I deal with. They talk about me to their friends. Enjoy it you found the rare ¡§secret¡¨!
