Lack of Feedback on Shop

Hello! I completed a shop on July 20 and got a confirmation number when I submitted the report, but I have had absolutely no feedback on the report. What is the normal wait time? Should I contact the scheduler to make sure there was no problem receiving it, or should I just assume everything went well unless I hear? I've been checking email and the site, but there's been nothing. I know the scheduler was on vacation until the 22nd, but that was over a week ago!

What MSC was this for? If you get a confirmation number, they got the report. BUT, many MSCs never give feedback unless there is a problem or a need for clarification. Also, the end of the month is crazy busy for schedulers and editors, so that is always a bad time to hope for any news except offers begging you to take highly bonused shops!

Lots of companies don't give feedback.
I have never gotten any feedback from Jancyn. With many companies, no news is good news. They give no feedback, and, if there are no questions with your report, you'll just receive payment without ever hearing from them.
