IPSOS removes shops before you can do them.

I was assigned 3 gas station shops this weekend, Today I noticed all 3 have been removed. I've had this happen before. One time a shop was removed as I got to the shop. Wasted the gas and drive.

Never mind, I found my shops.
Apparently, even if it's before a due date, if a job is in incomplete status at a certain time in the day it gets removed. Happened to me on a drive in stall job. I had a list of same jobs, opened the report for a wrong location, entered all data but noticed when I was checking before submission. I entered the data on the correct location form and submitted. I went back to the location deleted the photos but left the rest of the form completed since any entry would have left it in incomplete status thinking i would correct it on the next day when completing the location. I am walking out the door to go to the location and went to the job list to open and it had disappeared. A few days later I was reconciling a payment from the MSC and noticed it was on my completed job list at zero reimbursement. I submitted the form for help and to explain that I don't know how it got to complete status, but I hadn't completed it and I would if they returned it to me. I got back an email that said that I couldn't keep it in incomplete status. I wrote back saying it wasn't even the due date when it disappeared and did not get a reply.

I had a somewhat similar situation. I was assigned a bar shop, and a few days before the shop I opened it and saw I needed to take a quiz. I couldn't figure out how to access the quiz, so I closed it. When I came back later the same day to look for the quiz the shop had disappeared, although it wasn't scheduled for a few days. Weird.
Fast forward I completed another IPSOS shop, then noticed then that the mysteriously missing bar shop was on my "Completed" list. How????
Eventually I received an email from the reviewer about my incomplete report, and I explained what had happened. Obviously there is no way I could have submitted, even accidentally, a blank report. Didn't matter--got hit with a 1/10.

Ipsos has a nasty way of not replying to any problem or issue, even more so for a problem or issue that requires a bit of thinking!
Somehow when I have an issue important enough for me to email them about, I always get a reply. It may take a day or two, but Ipsos people always respond to me. Hmmm...
It's not normally my policy to defend any of the MSCs.. And the generic ignoreus@ipsos.com email address is very annoying. But I found out that they DO look at the emails. But they only answer the ones that you can't find the answers to in the shop or the guidelines. At least that has been my experience.
