Presto Requests

Good Morning,

Has anyone ever tried to submit a bonus request for a Presto shop? I just picked up a shop with a decent bonus. There is a location (same brand) that is 6 miles away that is significantly less pay. I see the general mailbox is listed for questions, but just wondering if it is even worthwhile emailing them.

Well, Presto isn't the company you are working for so yes, why not? But if the email is a general one for Presto then that is only going to be for platform related issues.
All Presto does is provide a platform that is used by multiple shopper companies, just email the actual company.

what you are seeing is two different types of shops for the same company, that pay differently. Asking for bonuses without a route request is a waste of time, and you're unlikely to even get a response.
Thanks! Emailed the general mailbox and they of course were like “We don’t bonus shops here. Take it at the posted rate or we will find some other poor sap to do it.” They didn’t really say that, but that was the gist of the response haha!
