CXG report form

I am set to do an in store shop for CXG. The report form is VERY LONG with many questions drop down boxes to check. After each section there is a space for a comment. The guidelines are not clear as to whether a comment is required in each comment space and I cannot get the scheduler to write back to me. I am not sure what comment I would make in each of the comment boxes- there are SO many questions. Has anyone done one of these luxury brand shops and if so did you write a comment under each question?? TIA

Fill in a brief comment if you answer "no" or "n/a." Ignore the comment boxes when you answer yes. After you have filled in the form, go to the bottom, save it, then click on the box at the bottom that allows you to check if everything is answered. If you need to add more info to any of the comment boxes, they will be outlined in red. Keep checking and answering until none of the boxes is red anymore.

Sometimes the MS company will specify that they want a certain percentage of the boxes to have comments. Be sure to check the guidelines, as they supercede all. Good luck.
I only contact a scheduler when I am completely at a loss as to how to continue. If I do not receive assistance, that person, going forward, is not worth my time and I will not consider any work with which they are involved.
Usually the question will be followed with "required" when a comment is required for any answer. Usually, not always. If you "check complete" and a comment is required it will flag that a comment is required but then you need to go through the (long) report and hunt for which comment box is outlined in red. You won't be able to submit the report until you've filled in the required comments but that can mean a lot of back and forth with that comment required flag. Watch for the "required" at the end of each question.
Put in comments for those fields which Shopmetrics requires. Once you are able to submit, you will have completed the requirements.
I just finished my report. What really got me was the nerve of them asking at the bottom of the report if I wanted to donate my shop fee to some charity! No, I do not. I work to make money not to earn money for some foreign charities that I never heard of. Who knows if they even donate the charity- think of George on Seinfeld who had created the bogus "Human Fund!" No thanks! The report was misery. Very redundant and I actually commented on it when they asked. I would not consider another of these shops as despite the fee being decent as the amount of work is a bit too much. No thanks CXG! Before doing the report, I had problems passing their quiz which was really odd. I had written 3 times for help and no one replied. I then changed answers just guessing and passed. Obviously the report form was written by non Americans and SOOOO long. First and last CXG for me! Better ways to be frustrated and annoyed. Had to get on my reading glasses to do the report- very unusual for me- the type was SO SMALL as the report was SO LONG that the font was really small. I saved the report as it said save it in case it did not go through- never read that on any form in my over 35 years of mystery shopping. Bogus company. Rant over with- thanks for listening!
