I had completed a job all the way through, but couldn't get it to submit. There was an error on a picture. I moved down the road a bit just to be sure it wasn't the internet. I get where the internet was better, and it still wouldn't submit. I restart my phone and log back in. By the time I logged back in, the job was removed from my board, stating the time had run out. I went to the help page online, submitted a ticket and on the subject line, I put "urgent". They answered it very quickly. Resent my job to me. I fixed the picture issue and they approved it.

Maybe go online to the help page, submit a ticket and see what will happen.

Edits were because I had 2 typos.

I don't think pictures loading sideways would be an issue. That happens from time to time and I always submit it as-is and there have been no issues. My question, is it even possible to submit a Presto job after the time runs out? My experience is that the job disappears immediately. I don't know if that is the case when you have to edit a job that has already been submitted. I usually edit as soon as I see the job was sent back.

I don't know if an e-mail you sent after you submitted the job is concrete proof you submitted the job. A screenshot showing you submitted the job would be more like concrete proof. The e-mail does show you were aware the job needed to be edited and that you were working on it.

To @sil2222, when you submitted, how much time was left on the clock?
