Market Force burger shop...what would you do?

Yesterday I received a text from a scheduler at MF asking me to complete a burger shop. It was nicely bonused. She wrote that I could perform the shop anytime between 4:15 PM and 30 minutes prior to close. I accepted and the shop was assigned to me. When I pulled up the CPI, it states this is a "late night shop" and must be performed 30 minutes prior to the restaurant closing. I texted the scheduler and inquired...no response. I emailed MF to inquire, so far no response. The shop is scheduled for today. I was planning on going to the burger joint at 5:30. I don't want to go at 9:30 at night. At what point do I just cancel it if I hear no response?

I would send an E-letter explaining the mix-up and that if MFI were unable/unwilling to adjust the time to that which was agreed, please remove the shop from my list. In addition, I would include a pasting or copy of the original exchange. NO TEXTING.
what bob said.. only I would email the help desk with that info, and then choose "other" when you cancel the shop and explain exactly what happened there as well.
What did you end up doing? For something last-minute with a nice bonus, I would probably have just gone at 9:30 and then follow up with the scheduler about the issue to minimize it happening again. Cancelling the shop probably just put it on the board for other shoppers to take some other upcoming evening.
This has happened to me twice!!! There must be a glitch. I was able to get a response from the helpdesk in time for both of my shops.
Same! I got a text from a scheduler for a nicely bonused dinner shop. Silly me didn’t look at the CPI and did the shop as normal. I go to report and it was an online shop. Fuuuuuu…
About a month ago, I received a text from a MF shop about a nice bonus shop..

I would have done it, but that was my only my shop for the month and it would have been under the $ 50 reimbursement or what ever it is.

I know their shopping arrangement has changed..

I want my money as Direct Deposit to my bank account.. I have DD since I have been with MF..
I do less than $50 with MF each month, with rare exception, and my payment is always Direct Deposited each month. There was some sort of hysteria on here that stated otherwise. The $50 monthly minimum. is only if you are cashing out to a gift card.
Have they updated their agreement to say this? Last I heard they have not updated it to say this.
I would do the shop as assigned if I could not remedy, and depending on who the scheduler is I would:

call them if they are based in Georgia to try and correct
Block the number from future calls. I don't have time for that aggravation.
