Remington Evaluations query

This morning, I received an invitation to apply for apt. shops.

Please share any of your experiences.

Obviously, I erred in my use of the search feature. When I accessed the company on the board, but employing a link, I discovered I had ask for info on the MSC almost two yrs. ago and had decided to pass on their work. As I was unable to delete my post, I decided to edit with this explanation.

They do not seem to have much work in my area. They do apartment shopping, and I did have a good experience with them. They have friendly and helpful staff.

I don’t have much feedback, but I’ll share my thoughts. It has been my experience that they are sticklers for detail. Not a problem for me, as I am also. Their payment per shop is slightly higher than EPMS in my area.

Payment was made for my shops according to stated terms. However, Remington’s ICA is beyond harsh. Rubs me the wrong way and I choose not to shop with them, solely because of it.
