Customer Optix - Jewelry Store

It seems I'm "signed up" with them because I am signed up with IntelliShip. Was wondering if anyone has done shops for Optix ----or specifically a jewelry store for Optix. Thanks

Doesn't sound familiar.. what are they asking you to do? There are a bunch of scams going around, be careful.

My intelli-shop login worked. I signed up for a shop. Google search Customer Optix - the page claims it is Intell-Shop:

Maybe wishful thinking but I'd think by now Intelli-Shop would tell the world - this has nothing to do with them.

Not asking me to buy anything or send money...... I figured they just pay thru my IntelliShop account?

FWIW I just changed my Intelli-Shop password since I used the original for this Optix Site.

Found an old thread from 2020 - a few people said it used to be called MysteryShopMe

Customer Optix is Itellishop's brand and usually used for smaller shopping projects (few locations, less frequent shopping, etc.)

Yes, I've shopped for jewelry thru them. One thing about them is that you have to complete the shop within a couple of days of signing up for it. So it's not like you can assign it to yourself to do 2 weeks from now, or even next week.

When they launched Intelli-shop sent emails explaining the new platform. Nothing fishy.
