Intellshop- Forget expenses on one of my shops

I completed three shops In June and I received an 10 on on all three of them.

However ,when I received payment on July 20th, one of them was missing the expenses (It was showing as zero) but I was paid for the report. I bought the require purchases at this shop.

I did not receive any emails that I will not be paid for this shop

The other two shops shows the full payment.

This is the first time (that I can remember) that this has happen..

As long as I receive payment I will be happy.

Has this happen before to any one?

A lot of the payment is keyed in by humans and as such they are fallible and make mistakes. Let the company know, they will make it right. I once forgot to include the tip on a shop for them and they asked me a couple o questions about it but paid it. I don't think it is a big deal just a little bit of a delay.
I have reached out to them.

As long as I have been shopping, I have never had that happen.

I reached to them, and they said that I will be paid in August.
