Customer Impact reporting done on Presto

I just accepted some shops for CI that will be reported on the Presto app rather than Gospotcheck I have really liked Gospotcheck and am unsure if I will like using Presto for these shops. How does others who do CI assignments feel?

I'd prefer to stick with GSC to, but I guess Presto was cheaper for them. I don't like the Presto platform at all.
I don't know about this one yet...
I HATE that GoSpotCheck won't allow you to upload photos from your camera roll & doesn't save the photos you take to your phone. It has also locked me out of a shop with time restrictions at 7pm ET when I'm in CT. The company is amazing an you can email the photos, but that's extra time for both me & the scheduler.

My only complaints with Presto are the picture size errors received every now & then and having to have a signal to 'check in'...
Are they moving everything to presto? I was pretty used to using GSC and find presto to be kinda buggy.

I also wish I could upload from my phone. I once had two missions at the same store, and they wanted you to take pics of the exterior of the store but I wasn't able to start both missions at the same time. I had to complete one, then start the other one. They did accept an interior picture of the store and I just added a comment about it.

@luckygirl0100 - I had similar happen with the time zone, and I discovered I was able to start the mission nearly 20 miles away while I was still driving there. I was doing the last location of a route and there was no way I was going to go back out to this single location and I had about 15 minutes before it would be at the end time. Once you've started it, it will let you complete it, even if you go beyond the end time.
I just accepted 3 with CI that I have to report on the Presto app. I'm not crazy about using Presto, either. I've done several for CI on the GSC app, and really found it smooth. We'll just see how it goes. Maybe someone can report back if they get the job done with Presto and let us know how it went.
Hello all!

Quick update..right now we're using this "Presto Plus" app just for this one client. We have no plans to leave GoSpotCheck and we will continue using them for virtually all of our customers/projects going forward.

Thanks to all the great reps out there, and as always...feel free to DM me here or email me at dprice@customerimpactinfo.com if you have any questions about anything Customer Impact.

Daniel, Is "Presto Plus" different from the regular Presto app??? Thanks in advance.
Great question and sorry for the confusion! You will use regular Presto

Presto Plus is how it looks on our end because they created a specific scheduling function in regular sassie for us to use Presto for this. But you all will use the normal Presto app.

Thanks!
First time today my selfies are getting that minimum size error in bp shops. Never had issues with selfies with same camera on any shops the last twomonths since getting it. Checked, and the selfie size setting is set to the max, which is under one of the error statement's dimensions.

Luckiky bp's can be done in 72 hours. Workaround is using my iphone for the selfie, just not liking to have to either pay additional fir hotspot on the new phone or a plan for the older iPhone.

Edit: made a ticket in Presto. This was the response: Thank you for reaching out. Please contact the mystery shopping provider directly with concerns about the resolution of the photo. That requirement is put into place by the mystery shopping provider. The contact information will be located within the shop guidelines.

For bp's this round its the standard point of contact email, not a scheduler...so no idea "who" messed around with the setting, because it was never a size issue before on selfies for me.
