I've done many shops over the years for RBG and they have always been gone through editing quickly, some so fast you wonder if the report was even fully read, lol!
I did a high out of pocket shop ($280 reimbursement) on Jan. 10th, submitted by noon on the 11th. *guidelines state I had 24hrs to submit & shop time was 8pm*
It is still not edited/ sent to the client! I contacted the scheduler to see if maybe I missed a follow-up email from an editor and she said she had no information about it. I contacted the general help@ email address and received a message that someone would reply to me within 24hrs, but that was three days ago.
I've since submitted other shops(clients) for RBG and they have been edited/ sent to the client. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing or has experienced such a delay in editing for RBG? This has not been my typical experience with them.
