MarketForce: Trouble uploading receipt

This is perhaps my 5th shop with MF - last 4 went perfect. This is a fast-casual restaurant shop. I of course did the report and narrative to completion. However it just won't let me upload the receipt - which I TWICE made sure is in the jpg form. I tried to upload it via Safari browser many times. Tried at least 3 times from Chrome. Did the "link picture" thing like usual but all I could see in the box where the picture would show is a question mark. But it let me click thru - so I did hoping that it wouldn't let me send a report without pic of receipt. Well, I sent it. Now in "assignment receipt status" - it says "Not received". Before sending report - at 835pm I emailed the help desk with my ID, the job ID and stated the problem. The 8 hour limit would run out today at 10:30pm so summary of my email was - "I am filing the report 2 hours before deadline ----and I tried multiple times to attach receipt. I have it right here, happy to email it if needed". Don't know what else to do. Worried I won't get paid when I feel I've done the whole thing. Now of course I can't get back in to it. Any thoughts? I hope they don't ding me on this. I truly want to do more shops with them.

For grins I just sent a fresh email to the help desk address - with the explanation again - and the receipt attached.

I think that's about all you can do - I've had the same thing happen and the help desk didn't have an issue with it.

Thanks for replying. If you dont' mind me asking - how did yours end up? Did the help desk just forward the receipt to whomever and did you get credit for an on-time shop?
Just to circle back..... MF did reply to my email today, said no problem and confirmed the uploaded my receipt - -which they indeed did and shop is approved.
This happens to me when I try to upload receipt on my MacBook. I have to upload the receipt on my iPhone, and it goes right in. So I now do the fast/casual guys on my MacBook, and the receipt upload on my iphone for a seamless report. Don't know why the receipt wont upload on MacBook. This is the only company so far that has a problem with just the receipt upload.
