Don’t know who to contact. The new Ipsos site doesn’t have my old shop listed from January.

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

Mystery.shopping@ipsos.com is the only way to get ahold of them, other than emailing the scheduler if you know who it was.
