Will market force waive the "no two shops in the same meal period?"

Will market force let you do two drive-thru ff shops (not arches) in the same period if they're desperate enough? I see one bonused that's only a couple of miles from another one that I already have scheduled. Should I schedule it?

Ask, all they can say is "No".

I'm not sure who to ask. I don't have any scheduler number for them and I don't think it's a help desk question, but I'll email them anyway.
ETA - it was arches for me.

One time awhile back they called and were desperate and asked me to - unfortunately it didn't work out for me.

The former company would waive the rule often.

I wish they would as there are a couple of out of the way locations that are close enough (say 8-10 miles apart) that doing them is feasible yet its not like you would see someone you just saw and with the bonuses on them now it would be well worth it.

They will if they are desperate. I was called last last weekend to do two of the peanut burger place for the same meal period (ie immediately). I would have done them if they weren't in opposite directions. NICELY bonused too.
I have done this several times with them, approved. I think it may depend on the place and the times. The drive IN shop times are from 11-8 so it is usually more lenient, I think. Anytime they call, I also ask again so that we are clear on the terms.
Most important thing to remember with MF, is whatever
they tell you on the phone, make sure you get it emailed
to you so you have proof if they try to deny payment...which
has happened to many people on this forum over "miscommunication"

I don't know about anyone else but I have had MAJOR problems with Market Force and would not recommend them to anyone.
More shops for me then. Until they get tired of me. I've made a LOT of money from Market Force and the few hiccups we've had have been resolved appropriately.

I pray it does not occur that the last thing I did before I died was vacuum the house or eat broccoli.
I have really enjoyed Market Force. Even with the CPI not being correct sometimes, they get it fixed promptly. I find their bonuses lovely and have built a nice rapport with them.
A number of shops say "no children" - so if they call I'll agree to take a shop if I can take my daughter. They always check and the answer is always "no." So some things can't be compromised.
I understand that. I don't even ask with the drive in shops. My kids are the ones that get the treat! smiling smiley
Yep, I take my daughter to almost all my shops. Usually if I don't find out that I can't take her until after I accept the shop, I'll email the scheduler - it's almost always ok if I don't mention it in the report. But with this one MF shop, one of the initial screening questions confirms that you will agree not to take children - in that case, I don't.
Hi there....

I did 7 of the 11-8 shops in four days. The scheduler called and "overassigned" my number of shops. The help desk replied that I could do one lunch and one dinner per day with the 11-8 shops.
Hello,
Since two years I worked with Marketforce, I've never had any negative comments. I made them for missions over 100 miles away from home. This week I received an email telling me that I was no longer part of their business that my file was closed because I cheated!! I wrote for information, but their responses are not waves of what happened. And there is no longer answers me.

Congratulations Marketforce, I worked for you and sometimes doing missions I should have refused but because it paid well I was doing to make me a good record.

I sometimes saw in the forum references to beware of Marketforce, I did not know why, now I know!
I have been working for MF and they are always great for a free lunch on my different routes. I only had one issue with them and it was just this past week. I asked for a job in a remote area and they told me no. The day after I did that route they called and asked me to do the job I had asked for. Well I ended up driving back out there but they paid me double to do it.

The last week of the month they will bend more rules and pay more to get jobs done. I have never had a problem getting paid by them....they are always right on time.
A few weeks ago, I did two in the lunch period. It was allowed.
NOTE: Do not think for a minute you can pick more than one per meal period and it slip thru.

Last week I accidentally scheduled two dinner meals. I did them both and reported them. Well, lotty-da , they e-mailed me that, that was forbidden. They would not accept it even though it was a 'need to be done shop.' And, further more, they rejected the one with the highest bonus which I had completed and reported first.
Now, if they said we will not accept the last one, you did, I would have said, oh, well.
But to take the first one shopped and reported..not good.
I didn't pursue the matter as it was my fault. However, what goes around usually comes around.
Until recently I was about the only one who seemed to be doing the fast food shops in my area. However, not anymore. They are being snatched up as fast as they are put on the board.
It is a good thing I am only shopping to buy gas to get me out of the house and sight see.

Yes, I emailed the help desk to see if I could do the second shop (it was heavily bonused). The help desk got back to me right away and said, NO! They also thanked me for asking. So I would not under any circumstances do two shops in the same meal period for them UNLESS you had an email saying that it was okay.
DJR, My post was not by any means pointed to you. It was a general statement as to what I have encountered just in the past couple of weeks.
Hope you didn't take it as such. I try to not be a 'know-it-all' on any subject.

Cruiseguy, I didn't take any offense at your post. I was just adding to your comment about not trying to slip one through. Given your experience and what the help desk told me, I wanted to make sure that anyone who read the comments toward the top of the tread that seemed to indicate MF might be okay with it, didn't schedule 2 shops during the same meal period.
:-)

Well, that email I got a little while back congratulating me for doing 250 shops with MF is probably my last call then. :O

Anyway, I'd do quite a few more royal burger and hedgehog shops if I could bundle some together. Especially breakfast on the latter...
