I know this has been discussed before as I have put my feedback on it but lately I have had to email the help desk SEVERAL times to change what my CPI says. I'll agree upon the assignment for x amount and when I get my CPI the x amount is less by anywhere from $2-$17. I wait a couple hours for them to adjust it if it needs to be. It used to always be done before I was ready to do the shop. I have had to contact them for over half my jobs lately. Is this a new trend?
They do, however, fix it pretty quickly and send me an email to let me know so I am thankful it hasn't been too much of a hassle. Just wondering if others are having the same problem?
I sort of feel bad bugging them for $2 but that's $2 that might make or break my decision to do a shop.
