Shopmetrics -- can't log in to any of them

This is just bizarre. I posted once about not being able to get into About Face. Now I'm noticing that for I believe ANY shopmetrics site, the only way I can log in (and I've tried three browsers) is to click the "reset password" link. They email me the link to reset my password, I reset it to what it's always been, and then it leaves me logged in for awhile. I was able to re-log in on Strategic Reflections just now when it dumped me out when I updated my profile but I'm betting once I close the tab I won't be able to again.

This is very frustrating because I get emails about shops I'd like to do but I can't log in to any of them.

Is it just me? Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a clue what can be causing it? I'm normally on Chrome but I've tried getting into About Face on Chrome and IE, and just now I tried getting into SR on Firefox. When I clicked through the link in the email, it opened up into Chrome.

I guess I'll just keep resetting my password every time I want to get into them.

I'll be seeing a geek friend the end of the month, maybe he can figure it out.

We have not had any reports of issues with the sign in process for any of our clients. The passwords are case sensitive. If you are still having problems email me your login and I will look into it.

I have been trying to log in to the About Face web site for days. I've even tried Live Chat but no one comes on. I think perhaps when I originally registered that I had a different email address. I've never shopped for the company. But, it's a new year, so I'm adding new companies.

I tried to register again, but I get a message that a shopper with the same info is already registered. Sadly, I don't remember which email address I used. I've tried live chat, email, resetting. Nothing is happening and no one is responding from the company.
